Shipping

Shipping charges are paid by the Customer. We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada. International orders are shipped using UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process and are determined by calculating the weight, size and destination of your order. All orders are shipped from Calgary, Canada.
Orders placed weekdays before 12 pm Mountain Time will be shipped same day. Any order placed after 12 pm Mountain Time will be shipping the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Return Policy

Mechatroniq strives to insure that all orders are shipped to you in perfect condition. If after receiving your order a product is found to be defective, Mechatroniq will accept for exchange or refund qualified and conforming products within a maximum of 30 days from the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return or refund, please contact our Customer Service within 15 days from the purchase date and request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization).

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original Invoice with the RMA number written on it. We can provide you with a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee.

Mechatroniq will inspect all returned items. If we found the product to be defective, we will exchange it with the same product from our inventory. Non conforming items will be rejected and no refunds will be issued.

Mechatroniq reserves the right to refuse refunds for any returned products that:
(1) Have no RMA number
(2) Are received after 30 days of the original purchase date
(3) Are not returned in resalable condition, original packaging, with all accessories included

In the event that the returned product does not meet the requirements stated in this document will will prepare and send you a detailed report of our determination.

For your protection, please return items using a carrier, that can provide you with a Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation. Mechatroniq shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Shipping and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
